Eligibility: Applicant must be a minimum age of 18 years old and have U.S. Citizenship. Must demonstrate passion for the automotive hobby and career. Must be an incoming freshman or have continued enrollment in college, university, or post-secondary career and technology school in the United States. The pursuit of degree or certification that leads to a career in automotive; All disciplines welcome.

The SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund awarded $307,000 to 106 individuals in 2020, including scholarships for current students and loan-forgiveness awards to employees of SEMA-member companies. College is expensive, but SEMA can help. Earn up to $5,000 for School. Every year, SEMA helps students pay for their college tuition and SEMA Members pay off their student loans. Students from all academic and technical disciplines that lead to careers in the automotive industry are welcome to apply! Applicant must be planning to enter the automotive industry and may be majoring in Accounting/Finance, Auto Body/Collision Repair, Automotive Technology, Business, Communications/PR, Engineering, Graphic Design/Web Design, Industrial Design, Information Technology, Journalism, Manufacturing, Marketing/Sales, Motorsports, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Transportation.
